Manufacturer relationships
Negotiates and reviews distribution agreements with the principals of all 28 brands. Represents Inter Pharm at international trade shows and during technical visits to manufacturing sites.

Public tenders
Single point of contact for KCCG (Clinical Centre of Montenegro), Montefarm, and the seven regional general hospitals. Tender pre-qualification and commercial bids run through one channel with full document support.
- 03 · area
Clinical development
Coordinates training, proctoring, and clinical demonstrations with principals — particularly in interventional cardiology, surgery, and transfusion medicine.

Strategic partnerships
Foreign business-development teams evaluating Montenegro speak to the CEO directly on first contact — no intermediaries, no hand-offs.
